PRISCA V25 - ONE CLICK START

1. Extract the ZIP anywhere on Windows.
2. Double-click START_PRISCA.bat.
3. Everything else is automatic:
   - Python is detected (and winget is used if available and Python is missing)
   - a private .prisca_venv is created
   - required packages are installed
   - V25 starts
   - the browser opens at http://127.0.0.1:8765

No CMD commands are required.

IMPORTANT:
- This is a Windows one-click launcher (.bat), not a compiled .exe.
- If Windows does not have Python or winget, install Python 3.11+ once and run the launcher again.
- Keep the server window open while using Prisca.
